Kid Friendly 3 Ingredient Oat Bar Recipe
Super simple oat bars you can make with the kids, switch up added extra ingredients for different flavours each time you make this recipe.

- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 2 ripe Bananas Mashed
- 1/4 cup Honey or natural peanut butter
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Mix Ingredients: Add the oats and honey (or peanut butter) to the mashed bananas. Stir until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together.
Press Into Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon to press it down evenly into a flat layer.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Cut: Allow the oat bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares or bars.
Optional Add-ins (if desired):A handful of raisins, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
These oat bars are kid-friendly, naturally sweetened, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or lunchboxes! I use these for nursery, but be sure to check that your nursery allows nuts first!
